This Ministry was founded by Pastor Stephen & Jessica Kibirango (above). They are happily married with children and serving the lord with great enthusiasm since 1999. They have been serving with the help of a team of leaders and volunteers making it possible to achieve some of the current accomplishments which include; True Vine Pentecostal Church(es), True Vine Farms, Victors' Junior Christian School and True Vine Child Sponsorship Program.
